To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, we’ve
established the following policies for fitting appointments. Please read
carefully before booking
Deposit Policy
- All
appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. - The deposit will go toward the total cost of your fitting or service
- NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA PEOPLE ALLOWED under any circumstances while being serviced.
Late Arrival Policy
• If you arrive more than 1 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your
total.
• If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be
canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your $50 deposit
will be forfeited.
• Appointments canceled with proper notice (24 hours
or more) can transfer the deposit to a future appointment
No-Show Policy
• If you do not show up for your appointment without
notice, the $50 deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required
to rebook.

provide a professional experience and accommodate all clients effectively. Your
time and ours are valuable, and this ensures our schedule runs smoothly.
